Return and Replace policy

If our products arrived damaged or if the prints are not as good quality as you expected, please contact us right away. For example, if colors are not well printed or if details are blurry, we will send you a replacement. We would need you to provide the order number and a photography of the damage you took the same day after opening the package. Please send us the request for free replacement of the print and we will send replacement to your address with no extra charge. Each package has a tracking number so the delivery date will be available for viewing. We will provide you with a tracing number of your package.

For originals there is no replacement, because the originals are one of a kind. However to insure the secure and safe outcome of delivery we will do something on our end. Before delivery we will send you three photographs.

1) First is the The photography or original artwork that you ordered.

2) Next photography will show the the artwork inside the package before we close the box with packaging materials.

3) The third photography will be the image of the closed package prepared in FedEx that we will send to you. If item arrives damaged we will start investigation through FedEx. This will be possible because of tracking number, and photographs we made just before sending it to you.

The Fedex will assure that insurance takes care of the financial damages.

The packages that contain the original artwork will be insured prior the delivery.
