...I was born in Belgrade/ Serbia in 1976 where I graduated at the University of fine Arts in 2001 as a Sculptor . Currently I live in Chicago with my husband, where I am working in art studio as the fine artist and as the graphic and web designer, too. My idea was to adjust and use my talent in various ways .
One of them was creating the illustrations and finishing them by computer programs in order to give them impression of air brush artwork.
However, in the same time I like the to create miniatures out of clay, and traditional oil on canvas, aquarelle and acrylic paintings , pastels and photography.
Working in many different materials helped me to
understand that the essence of art is the "powerful message received" and hidden
between the words.
The possibilities that
computer programs can give to creative people are really unbelievable. The reason is in the huge advantage that modern technology have today. For example Photo Shop artistic tools are becoming more and more flexible, and they could be used today as much as traditional materials in fine arts.
Paintings are more expressive and less detailed than my illustrations because the material used is not letting me to follow the idea in the same way .
I like the "digital touch up"of my drawings ,because it saves me time and it gives the great variety of colors and compositions. My Illustrations are computer generated pictures where the presence of the vibrant colors are helping me to create the impression of the dreamy atmosphere .
Also I am sculpturing miniatures in clay because the smaller size is helping me to control the composition and manipulate the shape.
That way I can achieve the monumental impressions by simplifying the works,
so that the future projects could contain the same, but enlarged composition .

Artist Statement
As a matter of fact, the strongest impressions usually can’t be described by words, but by the nonverbal communication, where visual arts belongs to.
I came up with the conclusion that the Great Works of Art, made people spiritually enriched and they are the major contributors to our civilization.
Great works of Art are reflecting not only our impressions about
them, but the deepest wishes, which are following every human being. Through my
education and many years of work I found out that the Visual Art is all about
passing the energy to other people through the artist's symbols and vibration of lines ,
vibrations of artwork's color wave lengths and vibration of the artwork shape in the surrounding space, as welli, where the meaning , whch is what composition actualy presents, is a coded structure of the artwork.
As a matter of fact, changing the mood in the observer and to
trying make him think positive by exposing him to my creations, for example, is only one of the many things I am trying to achieve.
I am looking not only for the psychological influence of visual adds that are caring the esthetical value, which represents the visual harmony.
Yet, My goal is actually to show that the achieved visual harmony has a code that educated observer need to follow and translate at the language of science.
Today's achievements of science that includes fields of physic, medicine, chemistry, psychology , etc ..., can include the contemporary visual art as one of the sources for decoding the cure for mental and physical diseases and a much more. Exploring the human brain that uses only 10 % of its capacity, by using art, could move the human understanding of the way we are living today and make many new sources of energy available. That energy is the energy of the human brain, in different words, the energy of our soul.
We like it to admit, or not, Art was always opening the doors of our psyche that we did not even know they exist.
